Liked: Comfortable bed and pillows. Close to the beach and uni
Disliked: Dirty, roaches, wasps, smelt like smoke

Not at this price.

Liked: Beautiful view of the west coast. Right on North Beach and close to Scarborough and Hillarys.
Disliked: The shower leaked into the rest of the bathroom and had nowhere to drain. The bed was absolutely atrocious. There was a collapsed spring which created a divot in the bed. I had to use a pillow to fill it to sleep. I raised this with a staff member and was told "I am not a manager, no english". Whilst this was amusing it did not resolve the issue.

Location is fab any time

Liked: The location is spectacular and the inroom facilities above average for this type of accommodation
Disliked: I other guests conversation was easy to hear so the walls must be pretty thin. All quiet after 8pm on a weekend so not really a problem.

A little underwhelming.

Liked: The room was of good size and well appointed
Disliked: It really is in the middle of nowhere which on a beach strip is surprising. The only pub close was a craft beer pub where the beers were awful. There was a Vietnamese restaurant close by (500 m) which weas nice but expensive. There is no "Ocean View" to speak of.
