Liked: The location of the beach and price.
Disliked: The bugs and it had no cookware for the stove, and the refrigerator was not very clean.

Liked: Bed was great. beach front, Air conditioner, towels, mini fridge, microwave. Just a adviceI wish the king room could have a mini stove to cook meals. It could be great to have outdoor shower to clean sand.
Disliked: First thing when I enter to the room a huge crockroach flew into my head..The toilet was loose and dirty. Otherwise everything good.

Liked: the room was a nice and modern. the bed was super comfy.
Disliked: there were roaches in my shower. staff was extremely rude until i mentioned my partner was in the military. the rooms smelled like cigarettes.

Disliked:  Bugs & Pests – I encountered several small bugs and had to kill multiple large roaches during my stay.• Poor Door Sealing – The suite door doesn’t reach the floor completely, which allows bugs in—using a towel or sheet at the base helps.• No Smart TV – Bring your own HDMI cable or streaming device if you want to watch your own content.• No Iron or Ironing Board – These amenities are not provided, even in upgraded rooms.• Strict Service Animal Policy – Pets are not allowed unless they are verified service animals, and documentation must be emailed to the front desk in advance.• Beachfront Area Needs Maintenance – The stretch of beach directly behind the motel is not the most scenic or well-kept compared to other areas along Ocean View Avenue.• Weekend/Holiday Price Surges – Room rates can increase sharply during weekends and holidays, sometimes making nearby short-term rentals a better value.

Did not stay!!!

Liked: The property was filthy and smelled. We checked out as soon as we got there. There was not hot water, holes in the wall, stains on the rug and it smelled. Ashes in the air conditioner, etc. I took pictures and would like a refund. The manager was extremely rude.
