Ocean View at Island Club

We enjoyed our stay, and...

Liked: Debra at the check in Desk was very friendly and knowledgeable of everything I. The surrounding area. Gave us a very welcoming tour on the computer of all of the restaurants and places to visit. She was absolutely the best. Not to mention we were all from Maryland.
Disliked: Everything was absolutely good! No complaints

Liked: We love staying at this resort. This unit was great. View was great and the bed was comfortable. We would stay again
Disliked: Little things like I wish there were bigger coffee nuts and the knives were dull but that is so trivial. Everything was honestly awesome.

Great location, great place but overall needs some work on processes

Liked: We loved the seclusion of Hilton Head, especially Oceanview. I was very happy with the view (as described) and the location so close to the beach. This is obviously a time share facility but very beautiful. I will definitely try and book this again.
Disliked: I will only include the fact that we booked Wed. -Sun as we were not able to take a whole week of vacation this week. Our check-in process was confusing at first, but then we got with the man working the gate, and he got into the lockbox to retrieve our keys. My husband received a call on the land line in the condo and the woman on the other end asked if there was any communication initiated to us for moving to another condo for our last night (Saturday) and my husband said no. I had not received any emails or phone calls about it. She told us she was in contact with the owner of the condo and we could stay another night. Well, we were absolutely going to stay another night because I prepaid for the property. I was made aware that we could possibly be asked to move condos but was not thrilled about that idea anyway. I was not happy about that phone call and did not appreciate it.
