Pleasant

Liked: Shaihla was nice and very accommodating, and even willing to stay past her time (5 p.m.) to wait for our arrival while we were on our way to Ocean Trails Resort!
Disliked: 1) I had wanted but was not allowed to book a room with 2 beds + a sofa bed for 3 people on the web site. So I had to concede booking a room with 1 XL double bed for 2 people, and where I spent a sleepless night on the uncomfortable sofa bed mattress where you can feel the metal base and hear squeaks on every turn/movement.2) It was our first time to this resort and found the trail to Rathtrevor beach was longer than expected and with a little steep middle section which can be a little slippery.

Superb

Liked: The self contained condo, cleanliness, the amenities, location and close proximity to the beach.
Disliked: A grab bar in the bathroom shower/tub is needed. An overhead ceiling fan in the bedroom would be ideal.

Ocean Trails delights

Liked: Short walk to the beach entrance. TheMulti level ramp to the beach could be challenging for those with mobility issues. The beach itself however was nothing short of SPECTACULAR !

Liked: The rain forest atmosphere and the beach access.
Disliked: The other clients that don’t understand what assigned parking rules.

Definitely worth staying !

Very adequate for our stay....

Liked: Special mention to the staff on the phone, being extremely friendly and helpful... reassuring me that late arrival would not be a problem and texting me the details for late check in.
Disliked: Stairs and balcony covered in dirt/leaves.... would benefit from someone giving it a clean with a broom/dustpan.

Fun place to stay with...

Liked: It was a great set up and location. It was nice to have a washer and dryer for the clothes. The beach is a super close walk away through a code protected gate. The pool and hot tub were heated and fun for all. The kids loved the playground too! We were able to cook a lot of our meals there. Would stay again for sure!
Disliked: We could’ve used some more garbage bags. There was no sponge or scrub brush for doing dishes. The knives could be sharpened or there could be a knife sharpener there. Very minor things.
