Ocean Trails delights

Liked: Short walk to the beach entrance. TheMulti level ramp to the beach could be challenging for those with mobility issues. The beach itself however was nothing short of SPECTACULAR !

Very adequate for our stay....

Liked: Special mention to the staff on the phone, being extremely friendly and helpful... reassuring me that late arrival would not be a problem and texting me the details for late check in.
Disliked: Stairs and balcony covered in dirt/leaves.... would benefit from someone giving it a clean with a broom/dustpan.

Fun place to stay with...

Liked: It was a great set up and location. It was nice to have a washer and dryer for the clothes. The beach is a super close walk away through a code protected gate. The pool and hot tub were heated and fun for all. The kids loved the playground too! We were able to cook a lot of our meals there. Would stay again for sure!
Disliked: We could’ve used some more garbage bags. There was no sponge or scrub brush for doing dishes. The knives could be sharpened or there could be a knife sharpener there. Very minor things.

Quiet and relaxing . 5...

Liked: Quiet , advertised pool and hot tub but sadly I was informed at check I n that neither were available . Later on saw many people gathered in hot tub so I was confused . Water therapy was key for me to relax so I was slightly disappointed .
Disliked: As above . Everything was great . A view of the water would have made it perfect but I just needed a night away . Great spot
