Disliked: The last time we stayed, we had a regular standard king size room. I wish that you guys would put a microwave in all of the rooms. It makes it a little bit more convenient to buy your own food to put in the microwave.

Liked: Location to late arrival after a tour.
Disliked: The room had no plug-ins around the bed, none. The closest was 10 feet away or more. . The bathtub had no safety mat, and both my husband and I just about fell had it not been for the safety hand rail. The room was not a renovated room.

Outside amazing the rest ok

Liked: The reason we came was the outside areas, especially the lagoon. It’s simply stunning. Beautiful art amazing landscaping
Disliked: Pretty much anything else, though it has gotten better, more restaurants open. Room was dated but looks like it’s getting renovated. Room amenities were dismal. Parking is literally ridiculous at $48! Dolphins need to leave, enclosure is too small and the time of having such attractions had gone.

Liked: The facility surrounding was amazing! Beautiful grounds were manicured and pools clean.
Disliked: . The room unfortunately felt worn and dated. The shower/bathroom was awful when there was plenty of unused space in the room it was so small in comparison. The couch was uncomfortable and the view was of a few metal boxes and part of the golf course. So yes was ocean view but would definitely book ocean front in future.
