A perfect getaway at a...

Liked: The view is just what we wanted, and it's all close enough to be able to hear the waves. Kitchen was a bit outdated, but very clean and new countertops. Freshly painted cupboards in kitchen. Comfortable bed. The location is very handy!
Disliked: No dishwasher, Handrails and steps to get to the apartment entry are in need of repair. The handrails need paint.

Liked: Super close to the beach, nice layout for a family of 4!
Disliked: Not water doesn’t last long enough for one person to wash their hair, let alone 2 adults and 2 kids who need to bathe!

We had a lovely time.

Liked: Location, very nice and well kept.
Disliked: Sauna didn’t work great.

Great bang for the buck,...

Liked: Very clean condo on the southern side of Lincoln City. Kitchen is well stocked to make meals and has a full fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and toaster. Great for families not wanting to go out for every meal. The beach chairs is a nice touch. Good use of space.
Disliked: There is no ocean view from the condo itself. To access the ocean view you have to walk around the other building. It was raining that night, and stairs down to the beach access is questionable. The queen bed is actually a murphy bed and there is a futon for kids. It was fine for one night, but not very comfortable. Very disappointed they decided to drain the pool and it was inaccessible especially since it was Spring Break.
