DISAPPOINTING!

Liked: The location, because you are 2 minutes from the beach. Otherwise, that’s it.
Disliked: Everything…. From the instructions, to the staff to the pictures that are shown that do NOT look like the real establishment. First of all, the front desk is completely somewhere else than from the building (you need to walk a 5-10 minutes to get there and then another 5-10 minutes to return back to your room). Then we got to our room, it smelled very strongly like weed, cigarettes… the inside had mold everywhere as shown in the pictures and looked very old. The faucet on the bathroom sink was barely holding one by itself. We needed to be extra careful, because otherwise it would fall from the sick. The TV did not had cable, it was a firestick that didn’t worked half of the time. Same thing for the wifi…. We went to the front desk to ask for a refund, because it did not looked like the pictures that were shown at all, they said they couldn’t do it, but could offer another room. We did a visit of the other room and it was exactly the same disgusting thing. Honestly we travel a lot and this is one of the worst room I ever had. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Even the maintenance guy agreed with us about how dirty, unhealthy and old it was.

Liked: Location is great- only a few minutes from the Fort Lauderdale airport and right on the ocean. Decent price.
Disliked: The photos of the rooms shown online must have been taken 5-10+ years ago with little to no maintenance done since then. Our room was rather dingy, worn, and in need of a refresh, although not terribly unclean. The walls are thin and the room smelled rather musty.

Disliked: The front desk is the same for other 20 Hotels in the area, the gym was not working and the pool y located in other property.They charge me with USD 19 as management fee which I had to pay in orden to access the room, I payed in advance by booking amd there is no description about this aditional charge.

Liked: The Management company lied and said $700 was a security deposit? They ended up charging me $1,700 for a Friday, Saturday Sunday night stay. I'll never use this format again or go through this management company at Hollywood Beach, Florida
Disliked: Complete lie and fleeced me for $1,700 for three nights stay
