Overall good stay

Liked: Great Location!
Disliked: Can improve on cleanliness, customer service and room items such as shower head and etc

Nice hotel with nice amenities

Liked: Location to some attraction plus bike rental was next to hotel, pool area had adult time only, very close to beach. Room was clean and had 2 balconies one for room and one for sitting area. Kitchen was a plus to save some bucks. Lobby area had complementary tea which was a plus since I don’t drink coffee
Disliked: Hallway of floor I was on had a weird smell but no biggie. Rest of stay was very good

Superb

Liked: I liked the view and the convenience of the boardwalk and stores within walking distance. The room was clean and had everything necessary for cooking.
Disliked: The sofa bed was very uncomfortable maybe outdated. No broom to be able to sweep up leftover sand that my family and I brought in after being at the beach since no room service is provided. I was there 4 days so it made it uncomfortable to walk around on the sandy floor with out the option to be able to clean up.

Liked: Location is really good
Disliked: The resort is old, we did not know it works as a time share in terms of having the rooms clean and having the towels changed. You have to take your used towels downstairs and exchange them with clean ones. The rooms needs updating. Some rooms have carpet and the carpet smells musky. We complained about it. They sent someone with a carpet cleaner. That actually made the smell stronger after the carpet got wet. Last knight they gave us another room with laminated floors and it was better. Old bathrooms. The air-conditioning unit is loud.

I enjoyed the beach not...

Liked: The location.
Disliked: It was not clean. The people that worked there were rude. I didn’t have sheets for the couch bed. The bathroom shower had black mold! The sink was leaking! I will never go back.

Enjoyable except for parking

Liked: Beach access was great.
Disliked: Parking is a nightmare if you have a larger suv or truck. Smaller cars are parked in surface parking and trucks can’t get into the garage.

Disliked: ADA Accommodation Request IgnoredPrior to arrival, I requested a higher floor due to my twins’ autism and their sensitivity to noise. This request was acknowledged in writing. Instead, we were placed on the first floor near the lobby, which resulted in constant noise disturbance. When I raised the issue, I was told the hotel was at full occupancy, though I observed later check-ins being placed on higher floors. ADA law requires disability-related accommodations be provided on need, not on a “first come, first served” basis.At check-in, staff did not acknowledge me until another employee stepped in.
