Disliked: Just an old run down hotel.

Liked: The location was great. The staff were wonderful and friendly.
Disliked: It’s a little outdated and the hallways were hot.

Liked: The view was awesome from the room
Disliked: The elevator was the worst in Virginia Beach runs really slow wait time in a hot hallway was unbearable there is no air conditioning anywhere but the rooms

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The balcony was excellent. Oceanview was perfect.
Disliked: Toilet was too low. No gym or restaurant

Disappointing

Liked: Service, however, was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.Hats off to them – everyone was polite and always smiling.Not a single staff member looked unhappy. They greeted us warmly every time.Loved the staff!
Disliked: Wi-Fi was terrible – it kept disconnecting and didn’t work properly.There were very few pillows, and the towels were old and worn out.No complimentary toothbrushes or toothpaste were provided.There was no body wash – it was empty, and they didn’t replace it.
