The owners need to remodel...

Liked: Large room. Across the street from the beach
Disliked: Noisy Air condioner. Ceiling over the shower leaked causing paint to fail off and stick to me. I reported it twice but they decided it wasn't that bad. 6 people were partying on the patio until 3:30 am.
