Liked: Location was perfect, beach was literally steps away. Room was comfortable and had everything we wanted/needed. Request for a quick vacuum and new towels promptly taken care of. Guests were friendly and cordial with each other.
Disliked: Only one elevator and it was a little slow at times. Ice machine was out of order

Disliked: Staff was not very nice or helpful. The elevator always broke. Had to climb 7 floors everytime I wanted something from the room.There is no housekeeping service in rooms, so floors always being dirty had to go down 7 flights of stairs to get towels or trashbags.

Liked: I like the location and the small kitchen inside the room.
Disliked: The housekeeping did not check to see if we needed anything. I had to call the front desk to ask for towels and toilet paper. Our toilet was stopped up and they did not come up to fix it.
