Could be better could be...

Liked: Just a hop and skip away from the beach which was great. The beds were very soft and cushy and room was decent as far as cleanliness goes.
Disliked: The hot tubs are terrible. Water was barely warm and level of water too low so it splashed up everywhere if the jets were on.. also the seating in the hot tubs are scratchy and rough. Not something I wanted to sit on in my bare skin! I was looking forward to relaxing but was let down. Also did not get any hair conditioner just shampoos?.. and the wood bar that holds the TP roll holder needed to be screwed in.. as it was falling off.

Liked: The view and being close to everything we needed for a very good price
Disliked: The room was very dusty and when we were checking out the lady was rushing and didn’t ask how our stay was, if we needed anything, kinda just rushed us out but great other than that

never staying here again

Liked: The room was decent and it was nice to be close to the ocean and the beach view off the balcony was beautiful.
Disliked: Terrible customer service and lack of communication. I arrived and was told I had to pay a $100 CASH deposit so I had to use the ATM and pay a fee. The office wasn’t even in the same building as the hotel. They were rude and they tried to refuse me my deposit back because I had to leave earlier than the “scheduled check out”. The place was not worth the hassle and harassment.

Relaxing

Liked: Year round pool and hot tub, friendly staff, reasonable pricing.
Disliked: Ice machine doesn’t work.

Passable

Liked: It was ok for one night
Disliked: The heat didn’t work in my room n no ice

Very good

Liked: Loved the view of the ocean and room was comfy
Disliked: Really should have lights on ceilings. It just looks better.

Planned trip/ paid in advance....

Liked: It took us till 7:49pm to get in our room that was booked in advance. Swimming pool was green. Toilet would not flush. Had to wait 30 to45 mins to flush it.
Disliked: Easy to get to beach!

Was not a good place...

Liked: The only good thing about this place was the location
Disliked: The property was run down and dirty the ac unit didn’t work and no house keeping whatsoever
