Liked: I loved the loft area and balcony’s. The pools and hot tub looked nice, we did not get a chance to use them though.
Disliked: We asked to be upgraded to a suite with a view, when we went back to check in at 4pm, they said it was still not available. When getting off the phone with the cleaners they gave us the same room we originally reserved. Our room was still dirty. There was a used tissue on the box spring near the head board, there as trash between the bed and nightstand. There was a lot of stains in the sheets. There was also a used bottle on the top balcony that someone used for cigarettes.

Liked: Ocean side and private beach were great
Disliked: List washing machines as a perk but they only worked the last day and apparently only works with credit cards and does not work with debit cards so I wasted money on buying laundry detergent. Smelled musty and the hall ways smelled like chlorine, was told I would have an ocean view and paid extra, did not get that room. Shower was dirty. A lot of things need to be fixed around the property.
