My stay was great other...

Liked: The room was clean. There was no microwave, but I loved having the big fridge and stove. I asked for a quiet room, and I was put close to the elevator. The room was facing the street, above the valet parking. The beach and the bar were fantastic.
Disliked: You had to rent chairs to enjoy the beach, I felt the chairs should be complimentary/free.

Liked: Tiki bar, close to the beach..nice pool
Disliked: Our room was disgusting. We were shoved into a room across from the Trash Room. The room looked like it had been shoddily put together, the kitchen was filthy, workmanship was poor, shower impossible to enter without getting sprayed in the face, requested house cleaning did not arrive, toilet was sloppily installed, floor boards showed evidence of flooding, handle broken on cabinet door, shower door leaked, picture was installed partially behind the refrigerator(wonder what it was hiding) ,bar stools and island dirty and poorly maintained. I was so embarrassed as I was using this vacation as a gift. Years ago I had stayed in an Ocean Manor condo, which was beautiful and clean. This room was embarrassing. I paid good money for this room (definitely more money than a room like this should garner) . Hard to enjoy a weeklong stay in these conditions. Someone should feel regret for this situation.
