Liked: Nothing to be honest
Disliked: The WiFi could not reach my room so I was not able to use it as I’d like to. There was a weird smell in the room and also a broken tile which could have caused damage. No one was at the front desk for me to check in or out , I had to speak to a maintenance person.

Solid motel near the beach!

Liked: 1. Literally a 3-minute walk across the street to the waterfront park & beach :)2. The pool was nice during the hot afternoons.3. The property was quiet at night.4. The climate control system in the room worked perfectly.
Disliked: 1. For morning coffee, we had to go out. With a nice kitchenette, including coffee maker, already in the room, it seems like a very small additional perk to supply coffee for guests in the room.2. The mattress felt worn and too soft. The pillows were too big and “blocky”, so sleep quality wasn’t so good.

Liked: The location is great, near the beach
Disliked: There are cockroaches in the rooms!!!! At first we lived in room 207, then we were moved to room 205 because of cockroaches, but they were there too. So they are everywhere there! The staff stopped (the maid and another man from the service department) greeting us, they began to look at us angrily. And they told us instead of apologizing that we are the only ones who complain !The managerdid not get in touch , wrote that she did not understand the language… Although nowadays it is easy to insert text into a translator , there would be a desire … Then she promised to return $ 220 for the first day of her stay through booking as an apology , and did not return it . What can we expect from the staff if the manager behaves the same way.The manager said to resolve the issue of refund for the first day of accommodation with booking. She suggested this option herself, because we paid through booking. The money hasn't reached her yet. But booking ignores it too!

Liked: Great location and a good value. All areas in and out were very clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The rooms, amenities and building itself is showing its age and needs attention. Nothing is a deal breaker.
