Liked: It was near the beach and it was near the beach restaurant and it was also not far from FAO
Disliked: Furniture was a little dark color

Liked: A super little haven on the coastal road, 5 mins to a wonderful beach. Only a 15 minute walk into Boca! Or 5 mins by car. (Plenty of Uber etc) A fabulous, clean and very well decorated, hotel with a gorgeous clean pool.

Quiet and easy parking

Liked: The location was in a beach area. The pool was a good size and very clean room was clean
Disliked: Was misleading. Even though we were across from the beach, all we could see was beach trees. Staff is only there a few hours a day. Very stingy with products no one checked on towels or TP. The toiletries are super cheap and tiny. I had to hunt someone down for clean towels and toilet paper We had to buy our own soap and the mattress was uncomfortable and AC barely cooled the room. I usually love older hotels but I was put off by the absolute penny pinching of staff we had no maid service at all (we took out our own trash) and yet there was still an envelope from housekeeping asking for a tip ! Rude and definitely not earned

Liked: The location being that close to a beach that cost 50 to park at was nice considering the short walk
Disliked: My bed when I arrived was covered in blood stains the room had roaches the bed felt like the floor the pillows were very old and ragged! I had a hard time getting new linens due to language barrier! I was never informed where laundry or vending machines were and couldn’t find them until the day I left my husband pointed at a locked door as we walked by and it had a tiny sign that said laundry the only plus to this property is the location
