Disliked: Some guests were extremely noisy after 12 midnight. Maybe there should be a message to come back quietly after 11 pm.Also NO internet and the TV didn’t work!!!

Liked: Santa Monica Pier is a 1-minute walk. Friendly staff. Many fast-food places around. I'm glad we stayed here instead of downtown or Venice.
Disliked: Everything was all right.

Liked: The location was perfect. Right across the street from the Santa Monica Pier. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms are so cute and comfy loved the room! Overall loved our stay here at this hotel, would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: There wasn't really anything not to like! Loved our stay at this hotel.

Liked: The hotel is in the best location of Santa Monica, a couple of minutes walk to the pier, so close to the metro station. The staff is very friendly, especially the lady at my 1st day. I arrived early, she let me checked in immediately which was so so nice.
Disliked: It is a little bit pricey. And if the luggage storage time can be a little bit longer, it will be great! My flight was at midnight, but the lady at the reception said I had to pick up my big suitcase at 5pm

Liked: The location was great. The set up was nice with two bedrooms. Enjoyed the cleanliness.
Disliked: There was no common area to sit down and relax. The lobby wasn't open for tea during my stay.
