Friendly and accommodating staff. Quiet...

Liked: The only issue was no sink in the room, you assume when hiring a studio that there will be kitchen facilities like a sink for washing dishes. The staff however were very accommodating and directed me to a wash house that had big laundry sinks. So not horrendous, over all the staff were great and made up for any inconveneince with their hospitality. Great location, bed was a bit hard but for the price what can you expect. And the price was very good.. Good Shower...

Liked: Everything needed for stay in Auckland. Really well appointed rooms for a great price.
Disliked: Would be a great addition to have electric blankets, but the heat pump kept us warm

Good for a short stay

Liked: Although there were problems with checking in the first night, the weekend staff were very helpful when contacted on Sunday. The manager helped with remuneration when contacted on Monday which was greatly appreciated.
Disliked: A little bit run down and cold, but clean.
