Liked: Needed somewhere to stay for a night and it was okay. Needs an overhaul or makeover.

Really low cost accommodation, felt...

Liked: bed comfortable, shower good pressure, room small
Disliked: Heat pump did not work, fuse blew up my hair straightener, no fan or heat in shower area, not light above vanity to put on makeup. Floors cold and no insulation.

Liked: Very friendly and accommodating (we changed our check-in time, and it wasn't an issue at all!)Impressive communication via booking.com app.Comfortable bed. Quiet, very spacious and tidy modern room.Just a great all-around stay!
Disliked: Parking was a little tight for our large vehicle.

Disliked: Minor issue with the toilet cistern function, shower was leaking

Liked: Staff/management can not fault them. They were awesome and understanding. I had an unexpected issue crop up. Weekend staff was so cool and knowledgable and helped me download transport app to get around cheaper. Room and beds were clean. Location: once you got your bearings is quite handy to shops/malls, etcUpstairs unit backs on to native bush with Tui birds is relaxing and peaceful. Awesome shower pressure. Good for temporary stop over. Thank you Ocean Inn.
Disliked: Just an oddity. Floor in toilet was a weird softness to walk on. Didn't affect function.Only concern if you are a female traveler:* would be locks for windows and doors are easy/basic. if you are safety conscious female traveler in a city and * no safe/lock box to lock valuables inside.
