Disliked: Towels were dirty and stained, ceiling had water damage, box spring was ripped, no elevator , carpet looked dirty, fridge was not working, microwave was dirty, toilet seat was chipped,

Disappointing

Liked: Nothing actually.
Disliked: So run down and in a sketchy part of town. Will not return. The back door to hotel parking did not lock. The door had a huge gap under and could hear every noise coming in hall.

Liked: My room was large, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The AC worked great, and cooled the room down quickly. I found the staff friendly. The location was convenient to my work location that day.
Disliked: No issues, really.

Superb

Liked: Very clean. Beds comfortable. Cable TV and very fast WIFI. Great shower.
Disliked: No coffee machine. Sink was also slow to empty which we reported.

Short sentence, will not stay...
