Liked: Parking within the hotel ; staff at reception was helpful
Disliked: We booked this hotel for its swimming pool.. in which we could NOT swim. It is more like a bassin for feet! Rooms on the square was very noisy

Good hotel for small trip

Lives up to the pictures,...

Liked: The rooms are beautiful; not large but it was comfortable for myself and my wife, and the views were incredible. Some people have complained about noise from the square, but we did not have any problems. Room service is timely and efficient, and the location is unbeatable.
Disliked: The mini fridge is well stocked, but the room service is a bit odd as it goes through the restaurant. I wanted to order cocktails to my room, but they were not available on the room service menu, and the hotel staff went back and forth on permitting me to just order it directly from the bar. It's a small issue on balance.

Exceptional

Liked: Amazing property and rooms. Excellent location for walking everywhere. They gave us a 2pm late checkout.
Disliked: The rooftop pool had missing umbrellas, so it is hard to be in the shade.

Would definitely stay again

Liked: Very good location, within walking distance to all the attractions, clean rooms and very nice staff. Maria at the front desk was super helpful with her restaurant recommendations; she even helped us book a spot at one of the flamenco shows which was a great experience. Overall, would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: The rooftop was nice but the pool was only knee high. Also, the prices at the rooftop was way higher than the bar downstairs (where they bring the drinks from) which made no sense.
