Disliked: Front desk service was terrible.The lobby had an awful smell.Entering the room there was tape on the door where they replaced the lock.She put us on the end of the corner. The button on the elevator was missing. The one next to it wires hanging out.Upon returning they did replace the button for one the elevator.Brushing my teeth looking up a dead water bug in the light fixture. No wash clothes in the room it was about 1:30 am realizing that when I wanted to take a shower.So I used a towel to wash. Usually I have my own.

Disliked: The room was a penthouse with kitchen the sink was stopped up the oven had no rack the kitchen had no pots or utensils the bed was not comfortable one tub had a crack that they tried to fix the bathroom ceiling was leaking when it rained

Liked: The pool was nice and the location was great.
Disliked: It’s pretty ran down.. the sink was broken and ac didn’t work great but I didn’t even bother since we were only staying 2 nights.

Disliked: 🚫 A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE – DO NOT STAY HERE 🚫We stayed for 3 nights and it was a NIGHTMARE. People were smoking on the balconies (the smell gets into the rooms and hallways), plus there was a CONSTANT SMELL OF MARIJUANA. We saw spoons lying around and HOMELESS PEOPLE SLEEPING ON THE STAIRS.The elevator is TINY, has no air conditioning, NO VISIBLE INSPECTION CERTIFICATE, and WE GOT STUCK INSIDE IT. Our room door wouldn’t open, and we had to wait for maintenance AT MIDNIGHT to get it fixed.The keys deactivate constantly. THE FRONT DESK STAFF IS RUDE AND GETS ANNOYED WHEN YOU COMPLAIN. They only gave us TWO TOWELS FOR SEVERAL PEOPLE. The room was dirty: HAIR IN THE SHOWER, DUST, BAD SMELL, and the microwave was totally rusty and disgusting. The pool looked like it had VOMIT FLOATING IN IT and there was A HALF-EMPTY BEER CAN IN THE POOL, without thinking that a child could’ve drunk from it.The “security guard” MADE US FEEL MORE SCARED THAN SAFE. This hotel is NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY CHARGE. I thought the negative reviews were exaggerating, but THEY ACTUALLY UNDERSOLD IT.❌ DO NOT BOOK HERE until they completely renovate and IMPROVE CLEANLINESS, SAFETY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. It’s A RISK FOR FAMILIES AND CHILDREN.Also, ONE OF THE ROOMS HAD A BROKEN LAMP AND THEY JUST GAVE US A BULB TO CHANGE IT OURSELVES. The BED SHEETS HAD CIGARETTE BURNS AND WERE DIRTY.🚨 And when we were speaking Spanish among ourselves, we noticed a different attitude from the staff, as if they were annoyed or judging us. It made us feel DISCRIMINATED AGAINST AND VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.
