Good

Liked: The location is fantastic. The room was cool and comfortable.
Disliked: When we stayed the elevator was not working. That made things difficult. They say it’s fixed now. I will go back soon.

Nice location

Liked: Fantastic price as we were spur of the moment overnight stay for a funeral. Beautiful ocean view/balcony and the staff were excellent. Elevator got stuck twice with us, so we used stairs to the third floor. Shower and sink drains were slow to drain and super light water pressure.

Liked: Absolutely nothing there was mold, filth, dust, blood, and urine on the mattresses. It was absolutely disgusting. I did not stay. I booked a room with a refrigerator and stove. I got a mini refrigerator and a microwave. Three other people that I talked to at that property experience the same issue I’m not sure why booking.com is allowing this business to continue to ruin their good name, but I will never use booking.com again and everybody that I know will not use booking.com and everybody that I don’t know That I see you can talk to will know that this is what booking.com stands behind instead of refunding my money like they know they’re supposed to
Disliked: I didn’t like anything. I have 30 pictures to prove how the Lapid this facility was and needs to be condemned tore down to the ground and fumigated.

Liked: Nowhere on your guys website did it say I had to be 21 to check in. Really made my night horrible had to find somewhere else to stay at 12 in the morning.

Liked: I liked the pool and the fact that the hotel was located on the beach. And view from the balcony was beautiful.
Disliked: The bed I slept on sunk in the middle. The tub had mold around it. The shower pressure was weak. And the elevator stopped working.

Liked: Nothing. But had to stay because had prepaid.
Disliked: Roaches , no shower curtain, only 2 towels entire stay / no washcloths , no housekeeping for 4 nights, smell of marijuana , wall outlets hanging out of walls, elevator borded up , carpet torn out, it was in bad shape , but we had to stay because we had already paid for the entire stay.

Liked: The room was clean and the pool was very clean!
Disliked: The problem was the elevator kept breaking down and there was only one. I have a heart condition and had the climb 12 flights of stairs multiple times including was our luggage and groceries. I wasn’t at all happy about that. The smell of weed was constant including the lobby it was awful with the smell of weed.
