Liked: I Liked the location and that it was right on the beach.
Disliked: The room was not very clean. We had no shower handle. There were no sheets for pull out couch. And the phone did not work. I tried calling front desk a couple times from my phone but no one answered. I was told I would be getting a free night stay in my email and I have not recieved it.

Disliked: room floor was covered in sand. The gymnasium was closed. It looked like it was being used for construction not for customer use.

Disliked: Booking.com advertised an option for a two bedroom room with a king size bed and two twin beds. Was given a two bedroom with two queen size beds. That's NOT what I paid for!! The resort had NO rooms left period! I was told at the resort that I should have called them to verify that room selection. NO ONE should have to call about this issue.

Liked: Location was great! We loved the pools and beach. It was nice to see the ocean from our window. The little tiki bar was cute and the people working there were so friendly. The housekeeping and groundskeeper staff were also really friendly and nice.
Disliked: The front desk staff weren't very nice. There was black mold in our bathroom and the ceiling was falling down in places I guess from the moisture. We called to request a different room but we were essentially ignored (never called us back). The stove didn't work very well and there was only two spoons and two forks. There was moisture dripping out of the air conditioner vents and the tile floor was always slick with moisture. The tub didn't drain. There was no hair dryer. We asked for a king and two twin beds but got two queens. We asked for a balcony and there was none. The whole place seemed kind of dirty and run down. It really needs to be cleaned and painted and the mold remediated. We all woke up with sore throats and respiratory issues which resolved whenever we left the room. I can only assume it was from the mold.

Liked: The location was just perfect.
Disliked: The resort withdrew nearly $600 from my card without notifying me. When I inquired about it, I encountered a lot of confusion and had to call my bank, which ultimately led to my card being blocked. That was the only downside to my experience.
