Liked: Location was nice, as was the pool area.
Disliked: Small repairs should be done both inside and outside. This isn't a booking.com property, it needs too much work. It's mostly small stuff, but has a lot of leaks, both indoor and outdoor (our master bedroom large window leaked and soaked the carpet in the bedroom. The master bath toilet wouldn't flush unless it was done twice. The property needs some easy basic upkeep like painting and exterior work.

Liked: The front desk representative was very friendly. The kitchen was well stocked.
Disliked: The hotel and room were very outdated. The floor was dirty, the furniture was broken, the curtains were ripped, and the room and elevator had a bad odor.

Disliked: At Peppertree Very bad broken walkway to the building and entrance to the block, broken handles on cupboard and rusted bedside lamps. Very very dirty pots, kitchen utensils and sticky floors, a swollen, jammed bathroom door. Toilet paper lying in the unswept corridors. A frightening experience. We slept one night and left after a complaint was made to Mandy the receptionist. Please refund the further 2 nights (2nd and 3rd August)stay. Thank you
