Liked: Well located for shopping & restaurants & beach walk
Disliked: Deceptive use of the word Deluxe to describe the room. Room was very disappointing - located almost below ground with a small strip of light from a very narrow unopenable window - not what you expect when you select a fairly pricey room in a hotel that promotes itself as being ‘ocean front’.Complaint & comment garnered a response that the room allocation was due to my booking through a third party rather than directly.No apology for the fact that some sort of beeping alarm sounded for several hours from 3.30-7am both nights. Elevator was out of action - not that I required it with a room in the carpark!
