Liked: The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The view of the ocean from the room was beautiful.
Disliked: There could have been more chairs at the pool but it was a holiday weekend.

Liked: Not as good as it used to be. Also mold at the jacuzzi in the sauna room at the spa.
Disliked: Got there and employee seemed confused as if my room was sold. He sent me on the 16th floor after 5 mins and told me it’s a $200 resort fee. That sounded absurd. The entire floor smelled like stale cigarettes and I got charged a $250 smoking fee when I DO NOT smoke. I feel as though they charged me that because they sold my room to accommodate themselves and that’s not right.

Liked: Ocean was very family oriented, clean and well kept, great entertainment, and staff were very friendly and professional. Our suit had a beautiful view and was truly unique and clean! Amazing stay overall and would definitely recommend this resort to everyone we know!
Disliked: No breakfast included in stay
