Liked: Close to where we going bus stop right out hotel plus cleaning staff very nice will return back here
Disliked: No restaurant or eating place in hotel an main pool was not working but u could sit there an just relax.they need more food vending machine but very nice hotel ..

Worst Booking experience

Disliked: When i did the reservation the app of Booking was not working well. I reserve for a date, pay in advance with no reimbursement and in the confirmation the date of my stay was different. I called and wrote inmediately to both Booking and the hotel and they told me that they can fix the date but Booking told me that it was up to the hotel and the hotel that it was up to Booking. At the end the hotel fix the date but I had to pay almost 50% more of the pre paid fee… and I had to accept it because I have already paid a non cancelation fee. This was completely unfair considering that it was nota change of date but a bad functioning of the Booking.com app. After using Booking for many years this undoubtely was my worst Booking.com experience

Pleasant

Liked: We liked that the kitchenette had a few dishes and some cutlery available.
Disliked: We did not like the noisy fridge, the pool closure by the Health Dept, the inability to actually access the beach "700ft" from the hotel. The skimpy hotel towels.
