Wonderful place for a vacation...

Liked: The staff were friendly and attentive , rooms and everything in between were clean and organized and overall an amazing area and experience !

Over it. Will stay elsewhere...

Liked: The location was nice and the bed was comfortable. The view was nice as well.
Disliked: There was no breakfast. Could have had better value for the money. One of the staff members at the Oceanaire was rude and short when I asked her where to find towels. The adult pool was cloudy. The website is not clear on what type of room you will be receiving for amount you are paying. Check out is too early.

Liked: It was really nice. You had to share some of the amenities with the Hilton next-door. I did like that they had a 21 and up pool and spa area because we didn’t bring any kids with us so it’s nice to just have adults.
Disliked: And my bathtub was full of water and had dirt in it and the room in general didn’t look like the floor had been vacuumed or anything. Other than that it was mostly clean. It definitely could’ve been cleaned better though. They sent two men up to clean the bathroom Which they did, but they didn’t speak any English whatsoever so they didn’t understand what we were asking. And I had asked for someone to bring me a few hangers to hang my dresses on for the evening and no one ever did even though told twice they were going to. Was very musty in the room. But I brought air freshener so I was able to deal with it and open the door and let some fresh air in.

It was the perfect stay.

Liked: The staff was really lovely as well as valet. You couldn’t ask for a better spot and the room was large and clean. The pools were nice (indoor and outdoor) and I could walk to everything.
Disliked: My only complaint was I couldn’t stream Netflix onto my tv lol
