This a great place for...
Liked: The private condominium we stay at was awesome. It was great for cooking and the beds were comfortable. I love the bathrooms. The view of the ocean from the balcony was so beautiful.
Disliked: The elevators were always slow and one was broke when we got there.

Very Disappointed
Liked: We liked the ocean Annies bar and live entertainment, we enjoyed the beach.
Disliked: terrible parking, lobby had no ac, nor the hallways, the halls, rooms, and elevators were dirty, by noon the pool and lazy river were filthy, the breakfast that we paid for was bad, we had 3 towels for entire stay, 2 people 4 nights, beds were uncomfortable, hair in microwave, furniture stained,

Very good
Liked: It was nice to have about everything you need closeby.
Disliked: We couldn't even go out on our balcony because it was almost impossible to open the sliding door.

Disliked: Very dirty room that I had to clean, mold all in the showers, chunks out of ceiling, dirty dishware, mold around freezer, etc…..

It was ok.
Liked: the location and entertainment
Disliked: Didn't have any cleaning services. Had to ask for trash bags, toilet paper, and towels. There was a broom in the room with no dustpan. Mold around the AC, pieces of tile on the floor, hair in the bathtub when we arrived. Just wasn't very clean and needs a lot of renovation.

So much for a fun/relaxing...
Liked: The convenience of ocean Annie’s and river city cafe. And the the bellhop service is amazing!
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact they put us in a room we didn’t pay for on the sandals side of the resort when we rented from ocean Annie’s. It was disgustingly nasty, beds were gross and sheets had not even been changed. Pee in the bathroom floor that stunk to high heaven. Used toilet paper behind the toilet, etc.. Made us stay there until after 4 pm the next day before we got to move to the building we were suppose to be in. In a room that did not have a kitchen so our food spoiled. So for a 2 day 3 night trip. We got to enjoy about 3 hours of it. And that was riding around..because you couldn’t find a chair at the pool.

Terrible!
Liked: The location was nice and the bar had live music most nights.
Disliked: We had heard such great things about this hotel and it was sooo disappointing!! We stayed in rm 819 and it was so run down. The furniture was old and broken. The kitchen had a double sink and we could only use one side bc the other would leak all over the floor. The bedroom with the 2 single beds had a broken bed frame and broken drawers. It had no tv and was not enclosed completely. One of the walls was half and the upper half was a plastic shutter that anyone can open. The living room had stains all over the carpet and furniture. The lamp was broken. The pull out was broken and stained. The fridge was stained inside and out and the freezer was cold but didn’t freeze anything. The back bathroom sink was leaking and stunk like sewer water. You could tell that they knew about these issues already bc you see how they half way tried to fix all these issues. The comforter had blood ( or something that looked like it) on it! The pool and facilities were just all old and ran down as well. The staff were rude and not helpful. To top it all off you are not able to use the luggage carts unless you pay them. Maybe if this was a nice hotel but they got over on me with the room and will not get another dime or visit. Please save your money and go elsewhere!
