Location was awesome and we loved where our room was. Had the best time ever. Very hospitable; everyone was friendly and wanted our stay to be the best.

Disliked: refrigerator leaked,they cleaned it out and it then froze all our sodas and waters. hair dryer didn't work, they did give us another one. kitchen clock not working. tub drained very very slowly.

Liked: Everything was very nice. We liked the proximity to the Boardwalk and Beach.
Disliked: My husband's pet peeve is, they need another elevator. As a President of a Condo Association myself, I told him the cost to put in another elevator is astronomical and I am sure this will never happen. I was fine with the elevator time waiting. Thank you.

Convenient for ocean and boardwalk,...

Liked: Love the location. Right next to the board walk and ocean. The ocean was great saw 3 jelly fish. Boardwalk was very busy. Found several places to eat on boardwalk and lots of shopping. Didn't try the pool but it was always busy.
Disliked: Bathroom is small. Room could of been cleaner. There was some nuggy stuck to the bathroom door, wall behind door had hole in it. Floor felt sandy so it was uncomfortable going barefoot. Noisy with lots of large families staying there. One elevator which can be slow. Room lighting was lamps.

First time to OC

Liked: Proximity to the beach and Broadwalk was wonderful. Heated pool.
Disliked: Actual Sand Area of the beach was shockingly small..The beds were very high.
