Location was awesome and we loved where our room was. Had the best time ever. Very hospitable; everyone was friendly and wanted our stay to be the best.

Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: The check in was at 3 and and we could only stay till 11 parked on the lot could not use the pool but once because the beds were so close to the ac my husband and I moved them so the room could get cold

Disliked: There was no carpeting in the room. The room was very damp, and all my clothes were moist. The faucet in the bathroom shower was hard to turn off and on the mattress was sinking in and very uncomfortable and hurt my back.

Perfect vacation stay

Liked: The location is awesome. Easy to the beach. You can quickly run from the beach to your room if you forget something. 4 ppl in a suite was very comfortable, plenty of room. Staff and housekeeping was exceptional. Room was very clean and up to date.

Liked: Location was great and the room, for the price, was perfect for the amount of people we had. It accommodated a larger amount of people while having more room to spare. Bonus points having a kitchen area. Little game supplied that the kids utilized greatly. Air conditioning worked wonderfully. Clean and updated rooms were super appreciated too. Staff was SUPER helpful and friendly - especially evening shift male with glasses (my apologies I forget his name).
Disliked: Only thing I disliked - only 1 elevator for the whole place. With the little kids, plus wagons/beach gear, it was hard waiting a fair amount of time for it. I'm also terrified of elevators so this may be a "me" problem and not the facility.
