Location was awesome and we loved where our room was. Had the best time ever. Very hospitable; everyone was friendly and wanted our stay to be the best.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: the parking lot is difficult and tight. There elevator small and slow. The room was small, not dressers for clothing. Bathroom shower was filthy. MoldCouldn't get the tv to work had to ask for help with the TV, room key didn't work, no linens or garbage picked up or delivered 1 full daypool was HOT
Disliked: everythingmost of the staff was ok but we had to ask many times for things

It was an okay Jersey...

Liked: The location of this hotel is truly ideal. A quick walk to the boardwalk and beach. The room was also cute and spacious, with the exception of the world's tiniest bathroom! Haha.
Disliked: We tried taking our kids to the pool, but there was a film of filth floating around at the top of the water. Possibly sand with a mixture of hair, but it was slimy. Really gross. Also, the staff was not friendly whatsoever. They were walking around all over, but not a single one smiled or said hello. The maid pushed past my family that had been waiting for the elevator and took the elevator. Kind of rude. We just took the stairs after that. The lady at the front desk stared so hard whenever you were in the lobby that I felt incredibly uncomfortable. She just always looked angry.
