Liked: The location is fantastic, on the upper side of the Wenceslas square just next to the metro (now there are works but the access to the metro is ok). The room was clean and spacious with the whole National Museum right outside my window. The breakfast was nice (a good selection of sweet pastries and the scrambled eggs tasted well too) and i liked the smell of the shampoo (bonus points for the conditioner, most hotels just have shampoo). Addtional bonus points for the electric kettle and for a liquid creamer (most hotels have powder creamer which i despise). The reception team was friendly and welcoming (i didnt need tourist advice so i cant judge on that, since I was on a work trip and also was born in Prague and know my way around).
Disliked: The armchair in my room was kind tired but still comfy, the entrance to the hotel is kinda "where am i" because one needs to ring the reception for the doors to open (or have a hotel card). What i didnt like is the "old ladies'" parfume around the stair case. It was too strong
