Great choice when staying outside...

Liked: Great choice when staying outside the city center. Pretty hotel, super friendly staff, and good facilities. Specially, the morning trainee was super helpful and charming! Special thanks for her!

Very good

Overall good with a few...

Liked: We were given room 420 on 4th of April. Clean room, comfortable bed. We were facing the back which was great - there is a park there. Not very far from the city center.Hotel underground parking costing 22 EUR (~550 CZK) per day. There is also open air parking nearby that costs 300 CZK.
Disliked: The sink in the bathroom - there is literally no space to fit and wash your hands between the faucet and the drain (attached picture). Let alone fill in the cattle that's provided in the room. There was one bath towel in the room, nothing else (we were 2). I asked for towels at the reception on the way out. When back there was a second bath towel but no towel(s) for hands/face which I find a bit strange.There were 2 trashcans - no bags placed in them. Luckily we had some spares.At ~9:50 in the morning someone from the staff tried to enter the room. Luckily we had the security chain put up and they couldn't. We didn't have the DND put outside but the check out is till 12 PM so it boggles the mind why they did that?

Disliked: unconfortable beds, small room, neglected, dirty and noisy. does not deserve more comment, simply avoid this otel.

Great hotel close to Andel

Liked: this is a well-run hotel in downtown Prague - it's a little away from the standard tourist hotspots in the old city, but just next to Andel where one can see normal Prague - close to Andel also means that it is fairly well connected with the public transport network as several main connections go through Andel, the breakfast is great - the best I have had in quite some time - as was the quietness of my room - it had really good & soundproof windows keeping all the noise outside - so in short: I was really satisfied to have chosen this hotel
Disliked: nothing I could remember
