Excelent place for a bad...

Liked: The best for my family and me was the heated pool. The room was pretty good and the option of having Netflix in the room was a plus for my kids specially. The service we received was excellent, specially from Domingo Rios y Victoria.

Liked: Rooms are well equipped, clean, spacious and modern
Disliked: Service in general is not good, pools are too small and place looked like it was sold out, no one respects pool policies and there's no order. Regarding food, menu looks great but a lot of plates were not available and it took forever to get your order not to mention food presentation and quality was less than average trying to be fair.

Liked: The location of the hotel was excellent and it felt very comfortable and family oriented. The staff was friendly and the facilities were in good condition. I would stay again.
