The location and breakfast were...

Liked: Location and cleanliness were perfect.
Disliked: Staff was not friendly. Didn’t look you in the eye. Took very long to check in. They declined to check us or any one in earlier. At 2pm everyone rushed to get checked in and it was a mob. Took forever.

Disliked: I understand city hotels are limited on space but I still think you could have some shelving and drawers for clothes rather than just hanger rails

Liked: The location was perfect. Easy access to transport. Rooms were new and clean. Loved the steamer which I used every day.
Disliked: Not enough desk space or side table space. Nowhere to put your bags other than on the floor. Difficult to access towel rail above the toilet. Our double bed was two single beds pushed together.

Not good will not be...

Liked: The location for the venue we were going to was ok, but the return was appalling
Disliked: we arrived at the hotel at 8.30pm we could get anything to eat or drink in the hotel as the restaurant first said we had to have a reservation and then when questioned by reception, was told there was a problem in the kitchen so they were not serving anyone else. We had to go out of the hotel to get something eat and drink ! not ideal when you have been travelling for quite a few hours and just want to sit and relax !!! Our room was comfortable and clean but so noisy with trains constantly running all night so sleep was difficult, we also had no clean towels to use in the morning as they were not changedOn top of this we had the worst situation, came out of venue the following evening and the police had closed the road to the Palais Sant Jordi and so we could not get a taxi until 12.45 in the morning, I tried to call the hotel three times as the taxi driver who took us said to call the hotel and ask them to phone and they would pick us up but the hotel did not pick up the telephone so I could not get any assistance !!!! Not Great !!!!
