Good value for money for...

Liked: Good location if you travel via Gesundbrunnen. Near a shopping mall and a huge grocery store. Clean standard hotel for a reasonable fee.
Disliked: The staff was uninterested and more interested in you doing the work

Good

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and everything kept very clean. When I had an issue with the phone, it was fixed promptly. The staff also responded very quickly to my other requests, and I never had to wait long for any assistance. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

Very good

Liked: Nice modern hotel, very close to Gesundbrunnen station with nearby shopping mall. The rooms are new with the typical amenities that one would expect. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.
Disliked: The staff could barely speak German, we had to communicate in English.

Very good

Disliked: The lighting in the bathroom and around the mirrors isn’t ideal for doing makeup. The shower door didn’t close properly, so there was water all over the bathroom floor.

Disliked: Bad location in turkish area.Nois customers in restaurants.Staff in reception try to cheat customers and You may have double charges for accomodation.

Good

Liked: Nice interior, and great overall design.Nice rooms, with good beds.
Disliked: Very bad WIFI. Tried to tell the employees, they said that they will try to fix it, but did not.The facet in the bathroom was very loose, and informed the staff again, who tolded me they will get it fix later that day, but never happened the 4 days we stayed there.

Superb

Liked: Everything was great really.
Disliked: Except for the unexpected cleaning when we were out of the room, since there was no flyer to put on the door that could show that cleaning is not required at the moment.At the same time the cleaning team did only what was strictly necessary, which we appreciate. Also there is restaurant on the street and in the evening if windows are open, it can be a bit loud.
