One of the worst hotel...

Liked: Nice shower, but the staff and breakfast is terrible
Disliked: The staff was extremly rude.. they were talking amongs themselfs in a foregn languence whole i was talking to them.. and when they spoke english they were very rude.. so much i told them (politely) that they are being rude and they rolled their eyes at me…

A good location for a...

Liked: A modern and quite new hotel. The location was next to a station from where you easily could reach the Center and a lot of sightseeing spots.
Disliked: The restaurant and bar are not very comfortable.

Exceptional

Liked: The location of the hotel was great! It's very close to the metro station and even closer to a big shopping mall. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. If I come to Berlin again, I won't consider any other option, but Ocak Hotel. Thank you!
