Ocak apartment is not recommended

Liked: We liked the location and cleanliness of rooms.
Disliked: The staff couldn't communicate in proper German or English. They were arrogant, the prime answer is no without thinking or checking the options. We have booked a standard studio, this studio is a very small room without a setting area (they claim that a makeup chair located near a small triangular table near the TV, that is not made to set and relax is the setting area) meaning no setting area, in our opinion, a room without setting area is not fill under the definition of a studio. The staff offered us an upgrade with extra fees, we agreed to upgrade and we paid the cost of upgrading, after confirming the upgrade they told us they don't have a free bigger studio, so they offered a room in the hotel that has two separate beds, the beds have two pillows one large and one small that fits our needs. The room contains non smart TV, nothing to watch or to broadcast in 2025. A day after, the manager offered us the bigger studio, we agreed to move to the bigger studio, with money compensation and free car parking place. But upon confirming the condition they claimed that they offered us compensation or free parking, not both, we chose to take the parking place. While staying in the bigger studio, We asked for smaller pillows but the staff said they don't have them (althoug we used such during our stay in the hotel room). The kitchen has nothing but a kettle, no utensils, nothing. The place is not recommended for more than one or two nights. Overall, our experience was very bad.

Liked: Staff were all lovely. Restaurant had great food and bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: There was no milk or water provided. A coffee machine with pods would be great.

Liked: My first stay I was very impressed with the restaurant. Unfortunately I'm staying here again the room is better but very disappointed with the restaurant meals. Not as good as first visit. Think they've changed the chef.

Liked: The room is clean. Cleaning is done every day. Location is very strategic, in front of a shopping mall and a station.
Disliked: I thought the apartment would provide a kitchen where I could cook for myself. This is more like a hotel room.
