Perfect hotel with great views...

Liked: Everything was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff. Allowed check- in a bit earlier. Lovely restaurant and bar. Great mountain views for the 9th floor. Perfect last day before leaving Santiago de Compostela. Close to the airport. It was so nice we changed our plans to go out that afternoon and stayed the entire time at the hotel.

Liked: Very quiet and safe place - super good sleep and the last section of 4.5km to the Cathedral de Santiago de Compostela, a nice challenge to walk towards! I also tried the Gymnastics facilities - well maintained, clean and easy accessible!
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: Breakfast was superb, great decaffeinated coffee
Disliked: Couldn’t get a dinner until after 8.30 pm, would have been nice to eat about 7pm.

If the air conditioning had...

Liked: The staff were friendly, breakfast was good.
Disliked: The air conditioning only worked on heating during the winter so we turned it off and opened the window which was restricted and the room was uncomfortably warm and there was nothing we could do about it. Management offered to move us after we had unpacked, so we declined, apparently the ninth/top floor gets hotter than others even in February. There was a pillow menu which I didn't know but it helped in the next hotel!
