Liked: Location was amazing, restaurant was incredible, spa experience was wonderful!
Disliked: My only complaint is that the room was quite warm (in July) and since the windows only open a tiny bit, the room would not cool down at all night

Perfect location, amenities and staff

Liked: The property was very clean, presented well decent room size and staff were very welcoming. Food was delicious and as we had our dog with us the staff again were just amazing with her giving lots of treats at every opportunity.
Disliked: Well apart from the fire alarm going off at 1am wakening us up like a bolt of lightning nothing. That really was my only negative. Don’t have to evacuate so I can only imagine an error.

Gorgeous location and views with...

Liked: Perfect location with stunning views across the bay. Extremely friendly and helpful staff in all areas of the hotel. Lots of lovely social areas for sitting including outdoor seating that's not just for smokers. Breakfast was delicious!
Disliked: Tight parking facilities behind the hotel. I found the drinks prices excessive but they were in line with many local bars.
