Tropical oasis in a good...

Liked: Perfect location for what I needed. Tropical property. Safe and secure. Mini fridge and microwave. coffee and water available.

Great find at a really...

Liked: Property was clean and comfortable. Outdoor courtyard was quiet and a great place to relax.Rooms are a great value for the quality of furnishings, especially the cabanas.
Disliked: Road construction adjacent to the property was noisy and lasted from 8am to the early afternoon each day. Definitely not the fault of the property but a factor to consider.

Liked: Normal check-in is 3pm. After disembarking my cruise ship, I showed up at 1030 am or so (I emailed them a few days earlier to ask if this were possible). I was offered a place to sit in their Garden area, a well-appointed and secure part of the facility. I was allowed into my room at 12 noon. Thanks to the staff for accommodating me.
Disliked: Nothing.

Vacation

Liked: The room was wonderful and clean. The mattress was so comfortable!! The staff were helpful when we woke to leave. We found our car battery was dead and the staff helped us with giving us a hot shot so we could get to a dealership. They were so helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!!

Nice little hotel in middle...

Liked: Rated the staff the way I did because I never saw any of them. I arrived late and left early, but the facility was very nice, the room was clean and comfortable, and it was obvious that the effort is being made to make a great experience.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike, really.
