Great place to stay for...

Liked: The price and the location were perfect! Easy access to all Waikiki has to offer.
Disliked: The rooms were a bit outdated and had a bit of a musty smell.

Improving actions done will benefit...

Liked: The location of the hotel is perfect. The front desk people are nice.
Disliked: Strongly suggest improving room services for some concerns. First, the cockroaches in the room are scared to us, one is alive, one is dead. Second, the breakfast is not as good as other hotels. Third, when we moved in, the room has not been cleaned up yet. System error.

Great staff, clean, location 10/10...

Liked: Location is fantastic. It’s a fews steps from Waikiki’s version of rodeo Drive, with fire torches lit in the evening and a 8 min walk to the beach.
Disliked: Worn down, “breakfast” is junk food and not the good kind.

Liked: Location, porter very efficient, front desk check in.
Disliked: Hotel is tired. Stayed here for 1 night then went on cruise. If I was in Hawaii longer I would not choose this hotel.
