Liked: Breakfast was ok. The Biscuits and gravy were bad but the waffles were pretty good

Liked: It was clean except for the ant infestation in our room.
Disliked: The staff was grouchy and u happy and didn’t look up when you greeted them. They also rarely responded to greetings. They didn’t refillour soap and it was empty for three days. Wet poorly trained staff. The breakfast was empty in Saturday when we went at 9. There are few places to sit and eat.

Liked: The pool area was nice. Next to a Walmart so I was able to buy anything we needed easily.
Disliked: Our thermostat was broken and we froze the whole time. We’d already unloaded our bags when they offered to move us so we asked for more bedding to keep us warm. It didn’t work too well as we only got a very thin blanket left for us. The towels felt crispy like they hadn’t dried all the way in the machine and had sat to air dry. I broke out in a very bad rash after using one. Used it because I’d called and asked for others but they never showed up. The shower doesn’t drain well. You have to plunge it with your foot the whole time or it will go over the lip of shower floor and onto bathroom floor. The doors locked is out. We could get out of the bite but not back in and had to walk around the whole building as our room was on the back side and all of those doors locked us out. Not one piece of fruit on the salad bar any of the days we stayed and no flavored creamer. They want you to buy the Starbucks there I guess but I can’t due to digestive issues so I just went without.
