Nice hotel in a dodgy...

Liked: Rooms were large.
Disliked: Limited parking. Homeless people harassing us at the entrance.

Liked: City centre hotel and thus more expensive. But couldn't fault very much and would stay here again. Lovely breakfast.

Liked: The location was ideal for what I wanted
Disliked: I requested single beds I got a king.The TV didn't work..on the first evening a staff member came up and after much effort got it going.On the second day once again the TV didn't come on and the staff member on this occasion couldn't fix it. She said she would try to contact a service man. Both members of staff were pleasant.

Very good

Liked: The breakfast was good value. Huge number of options. We were at the hotel for two nights Woken by noise at 3am in the corridor. on Sunday morning.
Disliked: The shower floor surface was slippery Either need a railing to hold on to or rough up the floor.

Warm, comfortable, treated like vip

Liked: The Location was amazing, central to everything. The staff were helpful, friendly and so informative and went out of there way to answer any questions and amazing for our special requests. They went above and beyond
