Disliked: Didn't like how the first room stuff didnt work then they moved us into a room that the glass shower door was broken and smashing up against the glass panel everytime it closed and the soap rack was broken, the blind in the bathroom was broken, the bed was uncomfortable as, had 1 towel for 2 people in an overnight stay and then breakfast wasnt hot and it wasnt full, felt like we were having what was left over. but we got there at 8 o'clock

Liked: The facilities, mainly the water park, activity zone and the 18 hole mini golf. Ease of parking, the layout of the building made everything close by. so thoroughly enjoyed it
Disliked: Would have been good if the swimming pool was heated.

Liked: The water park is heated. The restaurant was lovely. Buffet breakfast was yummy.

Liked: The pools, and splash zone were fantastic, also the jumping pillow was alot of fun.
Disliked: Personally, we found this was terrible value for money. The whole resort just seems like it was very loved at some point but is now being run into the ground. Our room was very dirty, dirty pillow cases, I pulled a blanket out for my daughter to use, and it had an old used plaster stuck to it. Our bathroom was dirty. We paid an extra $20 a night for a porta cot that was falling apart and filthy. The food and drinks were also extremely expensive for the quality. We found our room very outdated. For the money we spent we would have expected better. Would not stay here again.
