Liked: Location, water park and breakfast
Disliked: No discount for no wifi and No cleaning.Told reception phone did not work but wasn’t fixed.Facility was well under staffed, waited 20 mins with kids at restaurant to be seated because of not enough staff.20% surcharge on days it was not a public holiday was not right.Units need to have a toaster in them.1 ply toilet paper is not acceptable.Hot water was not very hot.Golf course was missing bricks on the edges, and also had loose ones which kids trip or slip over on.Lighting around pathways needs to be addressed.Smoking area next to pathway in front of restaurant needs to be moved,kids walk past clouds of smoke.

Liked: Great facilities for the kids, staff were all really lovely. We stayed in 2022 and the rooms have been updated since then, bathroom was new and shower was great. Great location, main strip and beach are in walking distance.
Disliked: Many things still need updating. We paid a premium price for an average stay. The curtains in the rooms have lots of little holes in them so the light comes in. There was only 1 lift working so you had to wait ages to get a lift. There was no wifi so we had to hotspot to watch a movie and use all our data. The kids had a great time but I would not go again for the price that we paid.

Liked: Absolutely amazing for the kids, restaurant staff were so lovely, they really made our stay.Kids Disco was a hit for the adults as well.
Disliked: Nothing, great value for money.
