Superb

Beautiful setting but accommodation felt...

Liked: The location, scenery and staff
Disliked: I thought the rooms were quite basic (we had bungalow 46). It seemed tired and worn. Bathroom whilst spacious was very dated. Cracked sink, old toilet and shower very dysfunctional in that when you opened door to step on bath mat the door pushed mat away

Exceptional

Comfortable stay, convenient location, helpful...

Liked: Fully self contained villa, quiet location, steep property so chose to drive to main facility for breakfast and other services or a shuttle is available, good buffet breakfast.
Disliked: Needed to get on the floor to locate the wifi password on the modum, surely this could be stuck up somewhere for visitors ease

Our stay was wonderful especially...

Liked: The location and outlook were great but rained the whole time couldn't go on the balcony because it had no cover the breakfast was the best ever we've been to many places that provide breakfast BUT this breakfast outdid them all...FANTASTIC
Disliked: The only thing we didn't like as I said above couldn't go out to the balcony because of not shelter

Perfect location, exceptional 3bdrm apartment,...

Liked: We were upgraded to a room at the Elysia Wellness Retreat. This place was amazing and the breakfast was exceptional.

The positive aspects were appreciated...

Liked: Breakfast and friendly restaurant staff. The facilities at the Convention Centre event we attended, and the friendly catering staff and food and beverage we experienced there.
Disliked: Ensuite shower leaked. Balcony deck requires repainting/sealing (and was catching on the soles of occupants' shoes). Outdoor furniture was in a state of disrepair and not usable. The shuttle service I arranged to pick us up from our apartment did not arrive and only met us on our way down from Level 7 after I had to make another call.

Nice for a little getaway...

Liked: Room comfort, bed comfort, friendly staff.
Disliked: Accommodation is clean but showing its age. Room service only offers Pizza and it was inedible to the point where I had to run out and get takeaway in the middle of the night.

Great location, enjoyed our stay...

Liked: Excellent location, price for our villa with kitchen, lounge and dining room was similar for a hotel room at other resorts.
Disliked: Pillows could be better quality.

Disliked: The property was located in a beautiful location however as we went into the room there were insect faeces all over the blinds including the bedroom blinds, there was extensive dust particularly in the bedrooms where we were sleeping. Despite paying $1996 for our stay which is an extensive amount there was no breakfast included in which we were told upon check in breakfast would be included.
