Liked: Excellent welcome and check in by Sam. Had fish and chips at the close by night market and an early very yummy breakfast on the topfloor terrace of the oaks.

Good but I wouldn't select...

Liked: Location was superb. My parents were not too impressed with the breakfast that came with the booking.
Disliked: I was disappointed that the windows in the room were so small and the view was blocked by wall space.
