Beautiful hotel, amazing stay and...

Liked: The room was much better than I expected, we had a courtyard room, which had its own private outside area that leads out on to the grounds. My daughter and I loved exploring the grounds and the breakfast and food was all fabulous too. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: As the hotel is quite isolated, If there was a pool too then it would be amazing, but as we had the room we had that made up for it and we were lucky with the weather

Disliked: On arrival was given the room keys o ly to find the room occupied by two females after walking in on them the embaresment and awkwardness was unprecedented After returning to the front desk the person on front desk couldn't explain why I was given that rooms key and sent to that room no apologies given to me on check out such a bad situation with no apologies

Liked: Beautiful location and very comfortable bed. Dinner and cocktails were excellent.
Disliked: Breakfast service was poor. No milk provided with the tea and coffee. Clearly forgotten about we requested to order our breakfast after half an hour of waiting. My partner ordered the bacon and maple syrup pancakes. After another half an hour of waiting the pancakes and maple syrup were served, but no bacon. Having already waited an hour, unfortunately, we couldn’t wait for this to be rectified.
