Exceptional

It was like staying in...

Liked: Nothing it was dirty and unfit for stay. Avoid at all costs.
Disliked: Upon arrival the property smelt fusty and wasn’t clean. We checked in to our room to find stains all over the floor, a smell of dog urine. Dirty sheets on the bed and no heating. Outside of the room was no better. The bathroom was filthy, no toilet roll provided, the shower was tapped up; cracked tiles; dirty windowsills. Honestly looks like homeless have occupied it. Following this the kitchen gets worse, the pans for use were dirty along with the cupboards. The floor was tapped together and every appliance was broken or fixed together unsafely. We have contacted booking.com with our findings and the manager has lied through his back teeth despite proof and refuses to offer a refund or admit his fault. Honestly avoid at all costs. We booked for three nights and left after the first only staying the first night out of need as we arrived at 11am and all hotels were booked up. The garden looked a tip with demons spray painted on doors they had ripped out. An absolute tip.

Disliked: The property was seriously not up to the mark and way different from what was shown in pictures. it had a very bad odour in the room and wasn’t clean as well. Toilet wasn’t clean and didn’t even have hinges. There wasn’t any tissue roll holder. When I went there for check in, no body was there and I was made to wait for 90minutes, I called multiple times as well and they said they will be there in 20mins but nobody showed up. Also the bed was very dirty. I got a bad rash on my body because of the bed. ( Have picture proof as well) . All and all the experience was very bad and it wasn’t worth for money.
