amazing boutique guesthouse

Liked: Hotel was beautifully presented, Owners both made us feel v welcome. Room was lovely and had everything we needed. Lots of quirky touches and enjoyed the fossil theme. Breakfast was wonderful. Fresh fruit, delicious yoghurt, fresh coffee and excellent choice of cooked breakfasts. The only reason I scored 9/10 for the stay was that the room from the window was not very attractive, although the flat roof and wall facing had been decorated to make itmohe attractive.

Liked: Lovely property with period features and many extra little touches. Quality furnishings and fittings throughout. Honesty bar. Excellent breakfast. Super hosts. Really homely feel added to a very pleasurable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended.

Liked: Everything, superb owners, breakfast, disabled parking,spacious comfortable room with the finest shower room we have ever encountered. In short the best hotel we have ever stayed in.owners went beyond to make us feel both welcome and special.

Liked: The owners,Tim and Teresa are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is the best we have at any hotel we have stayed. It is a great place to stay all round location, comfort and welcoming.

A truly wonderful experience

Liked: Location , very clean great breakfast and the staff were amazing . We planned on staying for 2 days only we end up staying for a week . We will definitely be returning

Must be the best b&...

Liked: The wonderful conversion of this Edwardian house The high quality of furnishings, the lovely little lounge with drinks bar + books, info etc. Beds were super comfortable, towels etc renewed daily.THEN the best breakfasts ever. Once again high quality, extensive menu.&, of course the Charming, helpful owners for whom nothing was too much trouble.
Disliked: Very tiny bedside chests, for me who has ,face cream, water, book, medication, specs!!!!!

Liked: We loved the Property Style and the attention to detail, it’s the little things that can make a difference during your stay. The rooms were perfectly decorated and styled with comfortable furnishings. The breakfast selection, especially the specials were delicious and perfectly presented each day, Tim and Teresa both great hosts know and recommend where to eat in town.
